This easy chicken stir-fry is a great midweek meal since it’s quick, simple, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Heat 4 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry sliced veggies 5-7 mins until slightly soft, still crunchy.

In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients.

Add cooked noodles to the pan, toss with the sauce and chicken until well heated and combined.
