Instructions
Combine all berries, brown sugar, corn starch, and lemon juice in a pan and cook over medium heat.
300 gr mixed berries,
3 tablespoon brown sugar,
2 tablespoon corn starch,
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Stir frequently until the berries soften, the sugar melts, and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool for a few minutes. This will help it thicken up, making it easier to drizzle over your pancake stack.
