Spoon the Greek yogurt into your jar or container. Smooth the top and make sure there's at least 1 inch of space at the top — you need room for the biscuits.
1 cup Greek yogurt — full-fat preferred
Press the biscuits vertically down into the yogurt until every single one is fully submerged. This is the most important step. Use your finger or the back of a spoon to push them under completely.
6 biscuits
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Overnight (8+ hours) gives the absolute best texture.
Grab a spoon and dig in. The cookies will be soft and cake-like, the yogurt thick and creamy — and it really does taste like cheesecake.
