Baked Sticky Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste or 3 grated garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoon brown or barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 3 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon grated pepper
Instructions
- Start by combining all the seasonings in a large mixing bowl.
- Thoroughly wash the chicken wings, removing any remaining feathers or impurities. Pat them dry with paper towels. Then, transfer the wings into the seasoned mixture in the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow the wings to marinate in the seasoning mixture for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) or Gas Mark 6 to ensure it's ready for baking.
