Equipment

  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 chopping board

Ingredients
  

  • 450 gr cherry tomatoes red or mixed ( or 5 large tomatoes)
  • 1 medium small-diced red onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons good white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons good olive oil
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 gr feta cheese cubed

Instructions
 

  • Begin by slicing the cherry tomatoes in half, while the larger ones should be cut into six smaller pieces. Place them all in a spacious bowl.
  • Next, finely chop the onion, peppers, and feta cheese. Add vinegar, olive oil, and salt to the bowl, then mix everything together thoroughly.
  • Carefully fold the diced ingredients into the salad until well combined. Serve the salad at room temperature and enjoy every bite!
